Location Moves and Securing for Heavy Weather of Offshore Drilling Platforms

The principal surveyor has had experience with both Self-Elevating and Semi-Submersible drilling platforms and is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard as Offshore Installation Manager, On-site and Underway, Unrestricted. Having been contracted on many occasions as Underwriter's Representative aboard a wide variety of Drilling Platforms, he is familiar with safety standards required in drilling and transit modes of operation.
