1. Marika Stravelakis
aground fully laden with grain on West Coast of Baja California.
Attended for P&I and Hull Underwriters.
Vessel refloated successfully with no damage to cargo
or hull.
2. Nika II grounded off Veracruz, Mexico. Vessel refloated successfully
but declared CTL due to heavy weather damage while aground.
3. Semi-Submersible
Platform "Mexico" was
attended during shipyard repairs to supervise repairs and
costs after
collision with work barge.
4. M/T "Brali" was
attended after breakaway from PEMEX SPM in Tuxpan, Mexico.
Hose
train damaged.
Damaged cargo inspections - Steel, Grain, Container, general
Cargo
1. M/V "Pearl" attended for
crane failure and damage to a cargo of steel pipes.
2. M/V "Golden Star" attended
for cargo interests due to damage to a cargo of soybean
in bulk.
3. M/V "CTE Algeciras" attended
for damage to 18 Containers due to improper stowage
inside of container.

Swan) Secured for heavy weather in Tampico, Mexico.

Arbitrage between PEMEX and Gard of Norway concerning alleged
cargo contaminations aboard chartered vessels.
